  • A custom word search puzzle generator
  • User accounts to save puzzles and track progress
  • A referral program to earn additional features

3. User Accounts

  • Up to 5 saved custom puzzles (base limit)
  • Additional puzzle slots can be earned through our referral program
  • Access to all pre-made puzzle categories
  • Unlimited puzzle plays
  • Basic printing features

4. Referral Program

4.1 Program Overview

Our referral program allows users to earn additional puzzle save slots by inviting friends to join WordSearchPuzzles.io. By participating, you agree to these referral terms.

4.2 Referral Rewards

  • Referrer: Earn +2 puzzle save slots for each friend who signs up using your referral link (maximum +20 bonus slots)
  • Referred User: Receive +1 bonus puzzle slot and 50 XP upon signup

4.3 Referral Rules

  • Self-referrals are not permitted and will not be credited
  • Referral rewards are applied automatically upon successful signup
  • We reserve the right to revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent means
  • Multiple accounts created to abuse the referral system will be terminated
  • Referral links may only be shared through legitimate means; spam is prohibited

5. Premium Services (Future)

We may offer premium subscription services in the future. When available:

  • Premium features will be clearly marked and described
  • Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be disclosed before purchase
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds will be handled according to our refund policy (to be published with premium launch)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on WordSearchPuzzles.io, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, puzzle designs, and software, is the property of WordSearchPuzzles.io and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User-Generated Content

When you create custom puzzles using our generator:

  • You retain ownership of the word lists you create
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display your puzzles for your personal use
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

7. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to inject harmful code
  • Create puzzles containing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
  • Abuse the referral program through fake accounts or spam
  • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits

8. Educational and Personal Use

Teachers, parents, and educational institutions are welcome to use our puzzles for educational purposes. You may:

  • Print puzzles for classroom or home educational use
  • Incorporate puzzles into educational materials for non-commercial purposes
  • Share puzzles with students and other educators

Attribution to WordSearchPuzzles.io is appreciated but not required for educational use.

9. Commercial Use Restrictions

Commercial use of our puzzles without explicit written permission is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Selling our puzzles or incorporating them into paid products
  • Using our puzzles for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Publishing our puzzles in books, magazines, or other media for profit
